I bought these for my son. They came from Texas to North Dakota in just a few short days. When my son went to try them on he could not get his feet in them as he has thick ankles and calves. He was upset as he wanted to wear them immediately, so I called the number on the box for help. There was no answer but within minutes someone called us back and had all sorts of suggestions for us. The old bag trick worked and he wears them with a ton of compliments on them ALL the time! We will definitely be buying more. Great boot, great delivery and absolutely amazing customer service!! I cannot give enough stars!!
