Returns

Texas Boot Ranch will gladly accept your returns for exchange or credit within 30 days of purchase. Merchandise must be in as-new condition (tags, packaging intact, unwashed, unworn).

Boots may be exchanged or returned only if the soles are unscratched and the boots are in as-new condition. When trying on boots, be sure to walk only in carpeted areas until you are sure that your boots fit correctly.

Unfortunately, we are not able to reimburse you for any shipping costs you incur purchasing an item at TEXASBOOTRANCH.NET

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

For an exchange or return email us at CustomerService@texasbootranch.com or call 210-999-5119 to specify what you would like to exchange for or return and refund. The client is responsible for the shipping cost both ways when processing a exchange or a return.

How To Ship Your Return Or Exchange

Texas Boot Ranch strongly recommends that all return shipments be made by USPS, so that you can take advantage of their shipment tracking system. We cannot assist you with lost return shipments unless a tracking number has been assigned to the shipment.

You must include your contact information with your return. Be sure to include a copy of your order info, email order confirmation, or a printed copy of your order inside the package. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

If you are exchanging an item and a credit is required, your card will be credited for that purchase. A new order will then be placed for your new item. You will see a new authorization for this new order.

If you are to receive credit on your credit card, allow one to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement. If your returned item was purchased with a Gift Card, we will issue another Gift Card for the amount of the credit due on completion of the return. If there is an additional amount owed, your credit card will be charged for any replacement merchandise when shipped.

 Refunds for an Online Purchase

There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. Please allow 5 – 10 working days for online returns to be processed. Shipping Fees are not refundable. Please contact us at CustomerService@texasbootranch.com or 210-999-5119 if you have not received a refund.

For a purchase at a Local Texas Boot Ranch Store please contact the store regarding their return or exchanges policy.
