Always a great experience when I purchased Boots from here highly recommend will definitely purchase more boots in the future
For 1 send the correct boots. For 2 answer my email when I asked if the blue Jean boots were for women or men. 3. Don’t have people pay to send the boots back when I got the wrong boots away. I now know both the blue Jan boots and the wrong boots I received are for men only. I checked the women styles you had and didn’t like any. I need a refund for the boots I returned. The boots fit perfectly. Great new leather smell and so comfortable! Very well made too.

Very pretty boot, ordered 8D but got 8EE. For only 120.00 with discount its a decent boot. Stiff and will need to break them in and wear an insole and thick socks for the size i got. Not worth the hassle to ship back. Love the smell of new leather, the blue suede is really pretty.

Love my boots but the ones I ordered were to be a 10 D. I received a pair of 10EE which are a little to wide. Was wondering how I could go to a store in Houston and trade them for the correct size 10D?
