Shoes look used and worn. I haven’t even tried these on yet and the bottoms look like someone’s been walking in them for a while. Stitching is already coming apart at the sole. Scuffs and scrapes on the leather. There’s absolutely no way these are not used….sad and disappointed because I really like a lot of stuff on your website. Now I probably won’t spend money with you any longer. Unless you’re able to make it right somehow…..
