I ordered these boots 22nd of August 3 weeks later the inside of one boot has already came off you tell me I bought these boots to wear to work. Haven’t even made it 30 days.

When i ordered these they showed up with a minor flaw in the leather. I reached out to Texas Boot Ranch customer service and worked with them to set up an exchange. This process worked very smoothly. Yes i did have to pay for the shipping but they printed the label and emailed it to me which only cost $11. I see a lot of reviews about bad custmer service and poor quality but if you pay attention to the refund/exchange policy on their website, you will have no issues at all. The biggest rule is to inspect them thourghly not wear them on rough surfaces as to not scuff the soles until your sure you want to keep them. I own around 10 pairs of these boots and have been happy with the quality and service for the price point.
