The boot looks nothing like the picture. It looks more like a Dalmatian dog than cow hide. It also isn’t close on the fit. Iniwn your boot in 11 and it’s perfect, this one is a size 9 at best. I can’t even come close to getting my heel past the neck. Customer service has been non existent. I will have to go through my credit card company and report as a fraudulent item.
