Cognac Caiman Neck Leather Boots - Square Toe

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 10/10 Customer Service! I accidentally ordered the wrong pair of boots and didn’t realize it until the next day. Naturally, I panicked and immediately called customer service to see what my options were. To my surprise, they answered right away and told me they would look into my order and call me back. I expected it to take a while, but less than five minutes later, they called back with an answer! A wonderful employee named Anna helped me through the entire process. She made it easy to exchange my order for the correct boots without having to cancel and start over. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful. Great prices, amazing customer service, and a stress-free experience. I highly recommend this company and will definitely shop with them again!
