Everything went well...ease of ordering, TBR did their part and shipped promptly, I paid extra for expedited shipping and the USPS dropped the ball on their end. I paid for 2 day shipping and got slower than standard shipping, thanks to the USPS. I would have complained but TBR did what they should have and they can't control the shipper. Besides that, the boots were a gift and they were well-pleased with the fitment and quality. Next boot order I need, TBR will be my first stop to see if they have what I'm looking for.
